Day 34- Back to Reality

The snow and ice have stopped and we are trying to get back to normal (again!).  We had the baby for the second day today and we are all beginning to adjust to our newest member.  The boys are getting used to being in the house all day long and have actually been playing with each other quite nicely. I'm sure you're sick of seeing pictures of the boys in my livingroom.  I'm pretty sick of taking pictures of the boys in the livingroom.  I'm over it.  How may more weeks of winter?? Too many I think.  So, sorry, but there will be many more shots of the boys doing what they do in the lving room!

R drew this picture of me this morning.  Apparently I am having a really bad hair day?

R with one of his many obsessions.  I made him this ABC book when he was about 18 months old.  It has a page with every letter and next to the letter it has an actual photo of something that starts with that letter.  So as an example, A is a picture of him apple picking and the word "apples" is printed under it.  B is a picture of him wearing boots with the word "boots" written under it.  You get the idea.  R looks at this thing about 5 times a day.  It gets annoying but as a positive my 3 year old can spell words like boots, apples and elmo : )

And here is what C does for most of the day, every day.  Eats.  And eats.  and then eats some more.  He now has the nickname Frank the Tank because he waddles around the house looking like a stocky little tank lol.

And just so you can see how intense snack time really is at our house. . . we literally find the remains of the food in the strangest places.  For example, C's butt : )
