R loves to read National Geographic. Ever since he saw an issue in the doctor's office awhile back he always wants to read the "yellow" magazine. When we pick up a new issue we have to flip through the pictures and he says, "Mommy read it to me" when he sees something he likes. I enjoy reading a little National Geographic myself so it works out well. (Yes, we are nerds. Whatever.) Today, R picked up an old issue and everytime he saw something interesting I heard, "Ooooooh Mommy, that's a ______" and then he continued to explain what it was he was looking at. Once he finished that he moved on to a little Digital Photo magazine and pointed at all the cameras. I guess when you have a camera in your face every day of your life you start showing an interest early on lol.
And just to show how different their personalities are- while R was reading, C was getting low to "Bottom's Up" on the ipod.
