R was a difficult newborn. Somewhere along the way we discovered that reading to him kept him calm and quiet. I would read him 10, 12, 14 books at a time and he would sit and look and listen. I read him New York Times' articles and chapters from Hemingway. He sat and listened intently to it all. Now at almost 3 he is still a bookworm. He prefers Dr. Seuss over the World News section now but he has been know to listen through quite a few pages of National Geographic!
Chase would rather bend bindings and eat pages than read lol
Pouty face after he was told to stop eating the books.
