Day 164- Last Day of School

Today R had his last day of school.  He had a great day filled with sprinkler time and an ice cream party but I still felt bad for him.  He loved school from the first second and it was over so quick since we started him so late in the year.  It was a great first experience and I hope next year goes just as smoothly wherever we end up.

After we picked up R at school Nona took us to lunch at Olive Garden so he could have his all time favortie zeppolis after some salad and breadsticks.  Adding in the hour of traffic we sat in on the way there and the time it took to eat we just got home a little while ago.  Its 3 o'clock and we are finally sitting down to a much needed break on this hot day.  Fingers crossed napping goes well for at least some of us : )
