Day 114- Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!  We had a very relaxed morning at the house looking at Easter baskets and hunting for eggs.  We didn't need to be at our Easter gathering until 2 so we all just lounged around and C took a 3 1/2 hour nap (nice!).  The boys seemed to like their Easter baskets and R had fun on his egg hunt. 

C's at a tough age for Easter baskets so his was a little lame but he seemed to like it.  He got a new train, a Thomas dvd, a new book, goldfish and some new snack traps.  I should also say don't judge his Easter basket.  It was from R's first Easter.  We had two regular baskets and one got ruined in the basement flood we had a few years ago.  C got stuck with the Elmo one because its smaller.  Once the new baby comes I'm going to order nice baskets with the kid's names on them so we can ditch the cheesy ones.

This was the first year that R actually got candy in his basket.  All he wanted was jellybeans but I threw some chocolate in their too.  He also got some new workbooks and a new set of twistable crayons.

At 2 we went to Mima and Pipa's house for Easter dinner.  Both sides of the family were there and all of the boys' aunts and uncles.  We ate way too much food and the boys got to play outside for most of the day.  Its always nice to have people willing to run around with them for awhile : )
