Day 49- Painting

R has been an absolute angel the last two days.  He has given me zero trouble.  This is huge if you consider how he's been behaving recently.  Everyone is smiling again around here and it probably can all be traced back to R turning the corner (for now!).  I told him that since we didn't have the baby today that we could go out and pick out something special for him and I to do together.  He answered right away that he wated "paints".  So off to Michael's we went after lunch and came home with some new water colors, a pack of paint brushes and a pad of paper.  He had such a blast and filled at least 4 pieces of paper with all sorts of designs.  Money and time well spent!

We got C some special crayons for his age but he just wanted to eat them.  Apparently he doesn't have my artistic nature like R does.  I guess he follows in his daddy's footsteps in that department!
